Washington, DC – Events, Sights, History

The Nation’s capital is indeed a special goal for citizens and global visitors alike. There’s nowhere else in the country like it. Set aside time to soak up its unique vibes, and make sure that you try to see some of America’s political action happening before your eyes. It is important to see Democracy in action in person.

But, there are also many wonderful natural spaces, museums, historical buildings and plantations and more in and about the City. I lived there for 2 years and had so many choices every week-end that even in that amount of time, I was always deciding carefully (and I never finished my list)!

Enjoy Southern hospitality, as it is indeed a more gracious vibe which you will often find in this meeting place of North and South. And be sure to bring a good camera, as you will meet-the-world in this City.
