Washington DC – Breakfast With Kids 4

Another longstanding DC institution, the local Clyde’s chain is found in and around the City. In original Clyde’s, their afternoon appetizer menu was the inspiration for that oldie-but-goodie, “Afternoon Delight” – and the gold record even hangs in the Georgetown location as proof!

Each restaurant in the Group is different and you will find Clyde’s in Reston, VA and Tyson’s Corner, VA, Columbia, MD and Chevy Chase, MD and others like the 1789 Restaurant, Old Ebbitt Grill are well known in their own right. There are at least 6 more restaurants; see the Clyde’s website.

For public officials, famous people, kids and families, Clyde’s offers a welcome meal.

The $6 kids’ menu includes: burgers, hot dogs, a fruit plate and more. Weekend brunch is kid-menu free, but the accommodating staff will cut adult items in half and price accordingly. High chairs and boosters are both available.

Tips: Reservations are strongly recommended!
